In 1992, the club was named “KS Apolonia”. Romanian Silviu Dumitrescu, who has a lot of experience, was the new coach for the 2006/07 season. On October 10 2006, Silviu Dumitrescu resigned and was replaced by Dhimither Papuçiu. The latter was replaced by Andrea Marko at the start of 2007. The 2006/07 season ended with relegation for the club. In spite of that, Sebino Plaku scored 15 goals in 33 league matches. Sebino Plaku (born May 20, 1985) is an Albanian Football striker.
