John Sellekaers was born in 1973 in Montreal, later moved to Brussels. Ambre is a collaborative electronic music project between C-drik Fermont, John Sellekaers & Olivier Moreau, with other musicians guesting Moonsanto is an Experimental music and political project by John Sellekaers, C-drik Fermont, Gabriel Séverin and Marc Mœdea. Ammo is a Belgian-Canadian band consisting of John Sellekaers and C-drik Fermont. Xingu Hill always stayed the most famous of them.
He has collaborated with people such as Mick Harris of Scorn, David Thrussell of Snog and Black Lung, Olivier Moreau of Imminent Starvation, Panacea, Silk Saw, and played many shows in Europe and North America. On April 1, 2003, an announcement appeared at the John's website, according to which he had decided to stop musical activity for an indefinite period and engage in other fields of art, not related to music. However, several planned releases were to be issued at MetArc during 2003-2004.
