John Carl Kluczynski (February 15, 1896 - January 26, 1975) was a U.S. Representative from Illinois. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Kluczynski attended public and parochial schools. Kluczynski was elected as a Democrat to the Eighty-second Congress. The Democratic Party is one of two major Political parties in the United States, the other being the Republican Party. He was reelected to the twelve succeeding Congresses, and served from January 3, 1951, until his death January 26, 1975, in Chicago.
