Biography

Early life

Flanigan was born as Joseph Dunnigan III in Los Angeles, California. Los Angeles (lɑˈsændʒələs los ˈaŋxeles in Spanish) is the largest City in the state of California and the American West His name was changed to Joseph Flanigan when he was adopted by his stepfather, John Flanigan.
