Jeff William Randall (born October 3, 1954) is a business journalist, formerly the business editor of BBC News and, from 2005, editor-at-large of the Daily Telegraph. Randall was educated at the Royal Liberty School in Romford, London Borough of Havering and the University of Nottingham, graduating with a degree in economics.
