Hooge en Lage Mierde was a municipality in the Dutch province of North Brabant. The Netherlands ( Dutch:, ˈnedərlɑnt is the European part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which consists of the Netherlands the Netherlands North Brabant ( Dutch: Noord-Brabant,) is a province of the Netherlands, located in the south of the country bordered by Belgium It included the villages of Lage Mierde, Hooge Mierde, and Hulsel.

Hooge en Lage Mierde existed until 1997, when it merged with Reusel to form the new municiaplity of Reusel-De Mierden. Reusel is a village and former municipality in the south of the Dutch province of North Brabant. Reusel-De Mierden ( is a Municipality in the southern Netherlands. ^[1]
