Honda is a town and municipality in the Tolima department of Colombia. Tolima is one of the 32 Departments of Colombia, located in the Andean region in the center-west of the country Colombia (kəˈlʌmbɪə officially the Republic of Colombia () is a country in northwestern South America. The population of the municipality was 26,873 as of the 2005[2] census. Along with Líbano, Honda is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Líbano-Honda. Líbano is a town and municipality in the Tolima department of Colombia. In many rites of the Roman Catholic Church and in Anglican churches, a diocese is an administrative territorial unit administered by a Bishop. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Líbano–Honda { Latin: Liban(us-Hondan(us } is a Diocese located in the cities of Líbano and Honda The main industries of Honda are tourism, fishing, and cattle-ranching.
