Hawaiian Falls Mansfield is currently a small waterpark under construction in Mansfield, Texas. The waterpark will sit on 14 acres on Heritage Parkway and Texas Highway 360. It will consist of 12 water slides, a lazy river, an interactive water treehouse, a football-field size wave pool, and a children's activity pool, as well as a few food stands. A lazy river is a Water ride found in many Amusement parks or Water parks They are also found at some resorts and recreation centers The park will cost roughly $10 million and will be built by David Busch Hawaiian Falls Waterparks in conjunction with the City of Mansfield.

Construction
Ground broke for Hawaiian Falls Adventure Park on September 10, 2007. Hawaiian Falls Waterparks signed a 40-year lease with the City of Mansfield to operate the park.

- Waikiki Beach -- a football-field size wavepool. A wave pool is a Swimming pool in which are artificially generated reasonably large Waves similar to the Ocean 's
- The Maui Wowie Slide Complex -- a slide complex feature 4 body slides.
- The Blowhole Bowl -- a funnel slide.
- Pipeline --two tube slides (one blue and one green). Pipeline: Monsoon is an entirely enclosed blue tube slide. Pipeline: Typhoon is a partially enclosed, partically open tube green tube slide. Opened in 2003.
- Keiki Cove -- an interactive children's water treehouse filled with fountains, slides, climbing nets, water jets, and a giant bucket that drops gallons of water every few minutes.
