The District of Has (Albanian: Rrethi i Hasit) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania and one of the smallest. It is in the north-east of the country, and its capital is Krumë.

Rrethi i Hasit has a load of villages and they are well known for their help in 1999 in the Kosovo War against Serbs (especially village called "Vlahen"). The term Kosovo War or Kosovo Conflict is often used to describe two sequential and at times parallel armed conflicts in Kosovo: 1996–1999 Vlahen is a village of 300 houses and a population of 3000 people. It hosted many refugees from Kosovo. It also has a variety of mountains like Pashtrigu 2847m, Maja Gajrepit 1875, Qafa e Kunores dhe Qafa e Kurrizit.

Krume is a pleasant small town of Has District. It is located at the bottom of the mauntain "Bjeshka e Krumes" on the east, mountain of "GAJREPI" ("Mali i Gajrepit") on the east of the town it starts the "river vrella" which comes out of the bottom of the mountain huge source of water serving the domestic population needs.
