Halloween Spirits is the 8th episode of The Replacements. The Replacements is a Disney Channel animated series. The series premiere occurred on September 8, 2006, but a sneak-peak Riley thought she replaced the Kelpmans, but Fleemco did not replace them. Whichever side is the scariest wins a golden ghost.
