Grinded Tea(known in Chinese:擂茶) is a special sort of Hakka drinking, which is very traditional among Hakkas in Mainland China. The Hakkas ( Hakka language: Hak-kâ; Mandarin Chinese: Kèjiā) are a subgroup of the Han Chinese people who live predominantly It is not the same as Chinese tea because there are always other ingradients such rice, soybeans, sesame seeds, peanut, ginger and salt added and all these are grinded in a large earthenware basin with a wooden stick. Chinese tea consists of Tea leaves which have been processed using methods inherited from China. Sesame ( Sesamum indicum) is a Flowering plant in the genus Sesamum.
