Michael at a young age was very active in community theater, portraying the leading characters in the musicals Blood Brothers, The Music Man, & Damn Yankees, which were performed at the famous Walnut Street Theatre. The Music Man is a musical with book music and lyrics by Meredith Willson. Damn Yankees is a Musical comedy with a book by George Abbott and Douglass Wallop and music and lyrics by Richard Adler and The Walnut Street Theatre (or simply The Walnut) located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania at 825 Walnut Street, is the oldest continuously operating [1]

Michael attended high school at La Salle College High School in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania.
