The Great Ape Trust is a 200-acre ape sanctuary and language study in Des Moines, Iowa that houses orangutans and bonobos. The orangutans are two Species of great apes known for their intelligence long arms and reddish-brown hair Bonobos is a Japanese dub band from Osaka, Japan. They formed in August of 2001. The sanctuary opened to primates on September 28, 2004.
