Gondwanatitan (meaning "Gondwana titan") was a titanosaurian sauropod dinosaur. Late Cretaceous (100mya - 65mya refers to the second half of the Cretaceous Period, named after the famous white Chalk cliffs of southern England Chordates ( Phylum Chordata) are a group of Animals that includes the Vertebrates together with several closely related Invertebrates Reptiles, or members of the class Reptilia are air-breathing Cold-blooded Vertebrates that have skin covered in scales as opposed to hair or feathers Saurischia (sɔːˈrɪskiə, from the Greek sauros ( σαυρος) meaning 'lizard' and ischion ( ισχιον) meaning 'hip joint' The Sauropodomorpha (sɔˌrɒpədəˈmɔrfə were a group of long-necked herbivorous Dinosaurs that eventually dropped down on all fours and became Sauropoda (sɔˈrɒpədə or the sauropods (/ˈsɔroʊpɒd/ are a suborder or infraorder of the Saurischian ("lizard-hipped" Titanosaurs (members of the groups Titanosauria and/or Titanosauroidea) were a diverse group of sauropod Dinosaurs which included Saltasaurus Gondwana (ɡɒnˈdwɑːnə originally Gondwanaland) was a southern Supercontinent that existed about 500 to 200 Ma ago Titanosaurs (members of the groups Titanosauria and/or Titanosauroidea) were a diverse group of sauropod Dinosaurs which included Saltasaurus Sauropoda (sɔˈrɒpədə or the sauropods (/ˈsɔroʊpɒd/ are a suborder or infraorder of the Saurischian ("lizard-hipped" Gondwanatitan was found in Brazil, at the time part of the southern supercontinent Gondwana, in the late Cretaceous Period (70 mya). |utc_offset = -2 to -4 |time_zone_DST = BRST |utc_offset_DST = -2 to -5 |cctld Gondwana (ɡɒnˈdwɑːnə originally Gondwanaland) was a southern Supercontinent that existed about 500 to 200 Ma ago The Cretaceous (kriːˈteɪʃəs, usually abbreviated 'K' for its German translation "Kreide" is a geologic period and system, reaching from the end of In Astronomy, Geology, and Paleontology, mya or " mya " is an abbreviation for "million years ago". Like some other sauropods, Gondwanatitan was tall and ate tough shoots and leaves off of the tops of trees. Some of this dinosaur's cousins include Brachiosaurus, Sauroposeidon, and Malawisaurus. Brachiosaurus (ˌbrækiəˈsɔrəs meaning "arm lizard" from the Greek brachion /βραχιων meaning "arm" and sauros Sauroposeidon (pronounced SAWR-o-po-SIE-don meaning " Earthquake - Lizard God " is a Genus of Sauropod Malawisaurus (meaning " Malawi lizard" was a Sauropod (specifically a Titanosaurid.

The type species is Gondwanatitan faustoi, formally described by Kellner and de Azevedo in 1999. In Taxonomy, a type species is the species that originally defined a genus.
