The Goblin submachine gun is a folding submachine gun prototype produced in the 1990s by KB-S design bureau in Kiev, Ukraine. Kiev, also known as Kyiv ( Ukrainian:, Kyiv, ˈkɪjiw Russian:, Kiyev; see also Cities' alternative names) is the Ukraine (Україна Ukrayina, /ukrɑˈjinɑ/ is a country in Eastern Europe. It was a derivative of the unsuccessful PP-90, itself a Soviet copy of the ARES FMG prototype from 1986. The PP-90 is a Russian 9 mm Submachine gun, developed by the KBP Instrument Design Bureau in Tula for use with special units The ARES FMG is a folding Submachine gun designed by Eugene Stoner while he was an owner of ARES Incorporated.

Notable differences from the PP-90 include one of the folding sights being moved to the stock, and a very short fore-grip.
