The gmina or Municipality (frequently translated commune) plural gminy, is the principal unit (lowest level of territorial division in Poland Łomża County (powiat łomżyński is a unit of territorial administration and local government ( Powiat) in Podlaskie Voivodeship, north-eastern Poland Poland (Polska officially the Republic of Poland Its seat is the village of Wizna, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Łomża and 54 km (34 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok. Wizna is a village in Łomża County of Podlaskie Voivodeship, north-east Poland. Łomża is a town in north-eastern Poland, approximately 90 Miles (150 km) from Warsaw and 50 miles (81 km from Białystok. Białystok Lublin Voivodeship Białystok (also known by alternative names) is the largest City in northeastern Poland.
