Glenville High School is a public high school in the Glenville neighborhood on the East Side of Cleveland, Ohio. Athletics
The schools athletic teams are called the Tarblooders. The school is most notable for its football team and track team, both coached by Ted Ginn, Sr. During the 2006 college football season, Glenville had seven of its graduates on the Ohio State Buckeyes football roster alone. Ted Ginn Sr (born 1955 was the coach of the Glenville Tarblooders Football and track teams in Cleveland Ohio. Year 2006 ( MMVI) was a Common year starting on Sunday of the Gregorian calendar. The Ohio State University 's intercollegiate sports teams and players are called the "Buckeyes" (after the state tree the Buckeye) and participate in the NCAA Several of those players have also been part of the last 4 Ohio track and field state championships, all won by Glenville.
