The Giant Conebill Oreomanes fraseri is a small passerine bird, one of the tanager family. Philip Lutley Sclater ( November 4, 1829 - June 27, 1913) was an English Lawyer and Zoologist. The tanagers are a family, Thraupidae, of birds in the order Passeriformes.
