George Quincy (b. Oklahoma, United States) is an American composer and conductor of Choctaw heritage. Oklahoma ( is a state located in the South Central region of the United States of America. The United States of America —commonly referred to as the The Choctaw are a Native American people originally from the Southeastern United States ( Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana) He has composed for theater, dance, music, and television.
Quincy holds degrees from the Juilliard School, where he has also taught. The Juilliard School, located in New York City, is a world renowned Performing arts conservatory.
