G. Sudhakaran is a politician and minister in Government of Kerala (India). At present, he is the minister for Co-operation, Coir and Devaswam boards portfolios. Coir (from Malayalam kayar, cord is a coarse fibre extracted from the fibrous outer shell of a Coconut. Devaswom Boards are assigned with the charge of administrating all temples in the state of Kerala which were earlier administered by the kings [1] He is widely known for his controversy and bold speeches and faced much criticism.
