Frank A. Wenstrom (July 27, 1903 - May 12, 1997) was a North Dakota Republican Party politician who served as the 28th Lieutenant Governor of North Dakota under William L. Guy. The North Dakota Senate is the upper house of the North Dakota Legislative Assembly, smaller than the North Dakota House of Representatives. Wenstrom underwent cerebral vascular surgery in 1991, and died at age 93 in 1997 in Williston. [2]
