Upper Canada College (UCC is a private elementary and Secondary school for boys in downtown Toronto, Canada. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, or RPI, is a Nonsectarian private Research University located in Troy, New York Y. He was called to the bar in 1867. He was a Major in The Queen's Own Rifles and an active sportsman. The Queen's Own Rifles of Canada are a Militia Regiment within the Canadian Forces, based in Toronto Ontario. F. C. Draper was also a freemason and served as registrar of the provincial grand lodge. Draper became Police Chief of Toronto on 16 January 1874.
