Early life
O'Connor was born in Wantage, Oxfordshire, England to a pianist mother and nuclear physicist father. O'Connor was raised a Roman Catholic[2] and attended the Mercedes College in Perth, but considers Melbourne her home. Mercedes College is a private, all girls' High school located in the CBD of Perth Western Australia ( Melbourne ( is the second most populous city in Australia, with a Metropolitan area population of approximately 3 O'Connor attended the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts as well as earned a BA in literature from the Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia.
