Overview

The 10 episodes of it are all satires done on social problems with the common man. The show was immensely popular and still gets repeated re-runs on Doordarshan. The show was shot completely in Chandigarh. Chandigarh ( ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, चंडीगढ़) also called The City Beautiful The cast remained same in every episode but their characters got changed. Another USP of the show was the joke in between the casting at the beginning and a song at the end of every episode.

  3. Property - Where Jaspal Bhatti was property dealer
  4. Contractor - Where the whole wall falls down on the thieves for which builder gets awarded.
  5. P. H. D - When Jaspal guides his student to complete his Phd. , so that he can marry his sister-in-law.
  6. Meeting - When Bhatti is stuck only in meetings and no work in office.
  7. Govt. Officer - When the dog gets lost. It features the misuse of government machinery and resources.
  8. Doctor - When the watch of Bhatti gets lost.
  9. Lineman - The telephone is dead
  10. TV Serial - When Jaspal Bhatti makes a TV Serial
