The femoral artery is a large Artery in the muscles of the Thigh. In the Human body, the femoral vein is a blood vessel that accompanies the femoral Artery in the Femoral sheath. The femur is the thigh bone In Humans, it is the longest, most voluminous and strongest Bone. The femoral triangle (of Scarpa) is an anatomical region of the upper inner Human Thigh. The femoral nerve, the largest branch of the Lumbar plexus, arises from the dorsal divisions of the second third and fourth Lumbar nerves.
