Fabiola Salazar Leguía is a Peruvian medical doctor and politician. Peru (Perú Piruw Piruw officially the Republic of Peru ( reˈpuβlika del peˈɾu is a country in western South America. She is currently a Congresswoman representing Amazonas for the period 2006-2011, and belongs to the Peruvian Aprista Party. The Congress of the Republic (Congreso de la República is the name given to Peru 's unicameral legislature under the current (1993 constitution. Amazonas is a region (called a "Departamento" in Spanish which is roughly equivalent to a province or state in northern Peru.
