The European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW, formerly EPLA [1]) is a professional association of patent lawyers, with a registered office in Brussels, Belgium. Since 2001, the EPLAW also took a series of resolutions relating to European patent law. European patent law covers a wide range of Legislations including National Patent Laws the Strasbourg Convention of 1963 the [6]
