Ethyl Gabison, also known by her stage name Ethel Booba, is a Filipino TV personality and comedian. The Philippines ( Filipino: Pilipinas, officially known as the Republic of the Philippines (fil ''Republika ng Pilipinas'' RP She has also worked in the recording industry.
She was a former talent of GMA Network and was one of the hosts of Extra Challenge. She also guest judged for Kakaibang Idol, a special edition of Philippine Idol, which was held for contestants with the most notable auditions of the original show on September 23, 2006.
Before becoming a star, she joined in the singing contest of ABC's, Sing Galing. For the former ITV company in the United Kingdom, see Associated British Corporation. She defended her title for four weeks and wore glamorous outfits each week. After she lost the title, she signed a contract under GMA Network.
