Esenmyrat Orazgeldiyev has served as the Agriculture Minister in the Government of Turkmenistan since Turkmenbashi Saparmurat Niyazov appointed him on 25 January 2006. The politics of Turkmenistan takes place in the framework of a presidential Republic, whereby the President of Turkmenistan is both Head of state and Saparmyrat Ataýewiç Nyýazow (θɑːpɑːrmɯːrɑːt niːjɑːðɒv ( 19 February, 1940, Gypjak, Turkmen SSR, Soviet Union Events 41 - After a night of negotiation Claudius is accepted as Roman Emperor by the Senate Minister Orazgeldiyev replaced Begenc Atamyradov, who Niyazov fired for "grave shortcomings" in his performance. Niyazov said, "We are making big investments in the agrarian sector, which amount to billions of [dollars], but there is no sign of efficiency. " Orazgeldiyev previously worked as the rector of Asgabat Agrarian University.
