Principle Scudworth has been secretly planning to steal the clones from the Secret Board of Shadowy Figures and put them in a clone-themed amusement park called Cloney Island, but he is unable to acquire the necessary funds, since he cannot ask the Board for money. The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures is a group of fictional animated characters on Clone High. At a school assembly, Abe and JFK announce their candidacy. JFK's speech, which consists of him "making empty promises and detailing his workout routine," is a huge success solely because he is popular. Abe lacks any charisma, and his nerdy issue-based speech is a flop. His speech is directly followed by a loud, flashy, x-treme presentation about X-Stream Blu. Impressionable Gandhi is amazed, and begins eating lots and lots of X-Stream Blu. Abe, however, is feeling desperate, and Gandhi gets him in contact with the X-Stream representatives in an effort to give him a boost in the polls. Abe gives up on the issues, and signs his own agreement with the company to promote their product by performing outrageous stunts, in exchange for campaign sponsorship. He ends up ahead in the polls and Cleo starts flirting with him, but only to further her own agenda. Joan is fed up with Abe's campaign strategy and feels hurt that he can't see through Cleo's seduction.
In order to stop Cleo from manipulating Abe, Joan offers to help JFK with his campaign. They produce an over-the-top, mudslinging ad stating that Abe likes to eat babies (even including a video of Abe eating spaghetti edited to look like he said "I can't wait to eat this baby", and then proceeding to do so) that puts JFK back in the lead. Negative campaigning is trying to win an advantage by referring to negative aspects of an opponent or of a policy rather than emphasizing one's own positive attributes or preferred Cannibalism (from Spanish es ''caníbal'' in connection with cannibalism among the Antillean Caribs, also called anthropophagy (from Greek ἄνθρωπος Cleo becomes interested in JFK again, and Abe feels betrayed by Joan. She tries to convince him that she was doing it for his own good. He is nevertheless determined to win the election and Cleo's heart.

Learning a valuable lesson.
The final debate between the two nominees is a ridiculous sham. For one of his rebuttals, Abe prepares to do his most outrageous stunt yet. But, before he can follow through with it, Gandhi – who has been eating nothing but X-Stream Blu for the past few days and is now blue and bloated – collapses. Guest panellist Dr. Marilyn Manson diagnoses Gandhi with malnutrition. Abe realises the error of his ways, and exposes X-Stream Blu as a sham. The audience quickly turns on the X-Stream Blu representatives, who withdraw their investment in the school and run off with Scudworth's two million. The audience also turns on Abe, but Joan stands up for him. She says that a true leader takes responsibility for his actions, just like Abe did. The audience is swayed and they cheer for Abe; he wins the election by a round of applause. Just as Abe accepts his victory, a random puppy walks up on stage and starts licking Gandhi's face. The puppy is so adorable that everybody gives it the biggest round of applause yet; the puppy ends up being the new student body president instead of Abe. Cleo immediately tries to flirt with it.
The election is over and almost all the loose ends are wrapped up, but Gandhi still wonders, "How does a growing boy like me eat a healthy balanced diet?" Dr. Manson is more than happy to provide an informative lesson about proper eating habits, the only way he knows how: through song.
