The Episcopal Diocese of Upper South Carolina (EDUSC) is a diocese in the Episcopal Church of the United States of America (ECUSA). The Episcopal Church in the United States of America is governed by 100 Dioceses in the United States proper plus ten dioceses in other countries or outlying The Episcopal Church is the official name of the Province of the Anglican Communion in the United States.

The diocese includes the more than 60 congregations in the Upstate (northwestern) and Midlands regions of the U.S. state of South Carolina. In many rites of the Roman Catholic Church and in Anglican churches, a diocese is an administrative territorial unit administered by a Bishop. Originally part of the Diocese of South Carolina, it became independent on October 10 - 11, 1922 following nearly two years of planning.
