EpiCor is a product derived from fermented baker's yeast culture. Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a Species of Budding Yeast. The producers espouse it to have antioxidant properties due to a combination of trace elements found including phytosterols and phenolics such as catechins, trans resveratrol, and squalene, along with basic vitamins, minerals, and unsaturated fatty acids.
