The Epcot Resorts Area is the area between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios which consists of five individual resorts that are interconnected via footpaths and waterways surrounding a large central lake known as Crescent Lake. Epcot is a Theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort. The park is dedicated to international Culture and technological Innovation. Disney's Yacht Club Resort is a New England nautical -themed Resort, at Walt Disney World. Disney's Beach Club Resort is a beach-themed resort which is part of the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney's BoardWalk Inn is a hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort and opened on July 1, 1996. The Walt Disney World Dolphin is a resort hotel designed by architect Michael Graves located between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios next to Disney's The Walt Disney World Swan is a resort hotel designed by architect Michael Graves located between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios behind Disney's Disney's BoardWalk Villas is a Disney Vacation Club Resort located at the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney's Beach Club Villas is a Disney Vacation Club resort at the Walt Disney World Resort. The entrance is located directly north of Disney's Beach Club Resort and is accessible either by walking or via a short Friendship water launch that can boarded at any of the five resorts. The International Gateway entrance offers a full service park entry gate, park exit, ticket windows, locker rentals, wheelchair/stroller rentals, and a gift shop. The International Gateway and canal is located between the United Kingdom and France pavilions.
