Ellery Bop were an 80's Rock/indie band with Liverpool/Irish roots. Liverpool ( is a City and Metropolitan borough of Merseyside, England along the eastern side of the Mersey Estuary

The vocalist and lead guitarist was Jamie Farrell ex English Opium Eaters, Echo and the Bunnymen and Mark Parry (later Thunderboots, Steppin’ Razor, Western Promise was the drummer. Echo & the Bunnymen are an English Post-punk group formed in Liverpool in 1978 Toured infrequently but recorded several sessions for the BBC with John Peel [1] and Janice Long.
