The seat has shrunk considerably in size as the eastern suburbs of Melbourne grew. Melbourne ( is the second most populous city in Australia, with a Metropolitan area population of approximately 3 It is now based around the suburbs and towns of Coldstream, Gruyere, Lilydale, and Wonga Park. Coldstream is a small town just outside eastern suburban Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
