A publication's editor in chief is its primary editor, having final responsibility for the operations and policies. To publish is to make content Publicly known. The term is most frequently applied to the distribution of text or images on paper or to the placing of content Editing Language, Images or Sound through correction condensation organization and other modifications in various media ^[1] The term is generally applied to newspapers and magazines. A newspaper is a written Publication containing News, information and Advertising, usually printed on low-cost paper called Newsprint.
