Ed O'Ross (born 4 July 1949)[1] is an American actor perhaps best known for playing the giggling spectacled gangster Itchy in Dick Tracy (film). O'Ross was born Edward Orss in Pensacola, Florida. Pensacola is the westernmost city in the Florida Panhandle and the County seat of Escambia County. [1]
