Biography

Dustin Satloff was born in 1993 in New York City and received his first patent at age 10. The City of New York [1] The patent (6688973) is a system for using trading cards interactively. [2] This was the start of Satoff's entrepreneurial career and at age 13, he founded a company that manufactures bamboo baseball bats. [3] He has appeared in the New York Times, on National Public Radio, on a syndicated public television program, and many other news venues. [4][5][6][7] Satloff, part of the class of 2011 at The Collegiate School, Manhattan, is actively running his business, SatBats. Collegiate School is a Private school for boys in New York City and lays claim to being the oldest School in the United States. Manhattan Island, in New York Harbor, is much the largest part of the Borough of Manhattan, one of the Five Boroughs which form the City of New York [3] In December 2006 Dustin received a design patent[8] (D560,261) for a baseball bat made of two different types of bamboo.
