In music, duple refers to duple meter. Duple was best known as a British manufacturer of coach and bus bodywork from 1919 until 1989 Music is an Art form in which the medium is Sound organized in Time. In relation to duple time triple meter rhythms would be triplets. In Music a tuplet is any consecutive group of notes with an individual value more or less than half as long as the next larger note value
