Anthony Wade (born February 1953) is known as Dr. Voice, a British vocal coach from Chatham, Kent. As a child he witnessed Tom Jones record “It's Not Unusual” and at the age of 12 and helped The Beatles set up backstage in his father’s ballroom (Chatham, Kent) in the sixties, this provided his first inspiration to become a vocal coach. He emigrated to Australia at the age of 18. Anthony lived in Sydney for 15 years, 10 of which in an ashram meditating. An Ashram in ancient India was a Hindu hermitage where sages lived in Peace and tranquility amidst Nature. It was here Anthony studied singing, composition and song writing. He is the author of The Fastest Singing Programme in the World. The programme was used by many people auditioning for the TV show The X Factor when it was launched in late 2006. Anthony worked as a performer singing. He toured with the Bee Gees' backing band, has performed at the Hollywood Bowl and The Royal Albert Hall. The Bee Gees were a singing trio of brothers — Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. Dr Voice currently lives in Chatham, Kent. He has two sons and a daughter, Jack, Matthew and Serena - both boys play piano and are budding composers and musicians. His daughter is an actress and is also working her vocals to perform. [3]
