Dorset Drum is a small farmhouse cheddar made in Dorset, England. Cheddar cheese is a relatively hard pale yellow to off-white and sometimes sharp-tasting Cheese from the English village of Cheddar, in Somerset Dorset ( (or archaically, Dorsetshire) is a county in South West England on the English Channel coast England is a Country which is part of the United Kingdom. Cheese is a Food made from Milk, usually the milk of cows, Buffalo, Goats or sheep, by coagulation. They vary in size from 400g to 2kg but are always cylindrical in shape, hence the name.

The cheese is produced by Denhay Farm near Bridport in west Dorset. Bridport is a town in Dorset, England. Located near the Coast at the Western end of Chesil Beach at the confluence of the rivers
