Dorset Drum is a small farmhouse cheddar made in Dorset, England. The cheese is produced by Denhay Farm near Bridport in west Dorset. Bridport is a town in Dorset, England. Located near the Coast at the Western end of Chesil Beach at the confluence of the rivers
