Doctor Gorpon is a cartoon character created by Marc Hansen. The word cartoon has various meanings based on several very different forms of Visual art and Illustration. Marc Hansen (1963 -) is a Cartoonist and creator of Ralph Snart, Weird Melvin and Doctor Gorpon. It began in 1991 as a 3-issue comic book series published by Malibu Graphics. They were collected into a trade paperback in 2004 and published by NOW Comics. NOW Comics was a Comic book publisher founded in 1985 as a sole-proprietorship
The story is about a supernatural monster killer that must pass on his legacy to a new generation. Doctor Gorpon finds such a prospect in a young rebellious teen named Doofus.
