Dino 5 is a hip hop supergroup featuring Prince Paul, Chali 2na from Jurassic 5, Scratch from The Roots, Wordsworth and Lady Bug Mecca from Digable Planets. Hip hop is a cultural movement which developed in New York City in the 1970s primarily among African Americans and Latinos. SuperGroup is a Reality show on the channel VH1. The show puts together five Heavy metal musicians packed into a large mansion that must play a show after Paul Huston, better known by the Stage name Prince Paul, is an American Disc jockey and hip-hop Record producer. Chali 2na is an American rapper and Hip-hop artist formerly associated with the groups Jurassic 5 and Ozomatli. Jurassic 5 was an American Alternative hip hop group formed in 1993 by rappers Chali 2na, Akil, Zaakir aka Soup, Mark Scratch (born Kyle Jones) is an American hip hop artist He is a hip hop MC who specializes in Beatboxing or vocal percussion The Roots are an American hip-hop band from Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Wordsworth is an underground hip hop MC from Brooklyn, best known for his Freestyle rap. Digable Planets is a Grammy Award -winning American Alternative hip hop group based in New York City, composed of Ishmael "Butterfly" [1] Their album is a concept hip hop album for children, though it can be listened to by adults as well. The Dino 5 has also been optioned for a cartoon series and Grammy-winning poet Ursula Rucker narrates its audio book. Ursula Rucker is an American Spoken word recording artist Rucker is known for a diverse repertoire and for utilizing techniques that catch her listeners' [2] Their debut album was released April 1, 2008 and features members of De La Soul.
