Dimitsana (Greek: Δημητσάνα) is a village and a municipality located in northwestern Arcadia. Until the 1960s, much of the town did not have electricity and until the 1980s, most of the houses were stone-built. The 1960s decade refers to the years from the beginning of 1960 to the end of 1969 The 1980s was the decade spanning from January 1 1980 to December 31 1989.
