Dick McDonough (1904-May 25, 1938) was an American jazz guitarist. Jazz is an American Musical art form which originated in the beginning of the 20th century in African American communities in the Southern United States

McDonough played with Red Nichols in 1927 as a banjoist, and soon after played with Paul Whiteman.
