Rebel Meets Rebel was an Outlaw country crossover project with David Allan Coe on vocals and guitar Dimebag Darrell on guitar & back-up vocals Rex Vincent Paul "Vinnie" Abbott (born on March 11 1964 in Dallas Texas, U Rex Robert Brown (born July 27, 1964 in Graham Texas) is an American Heavy metal Bassist.
