He came through the youth system at Norwich and made his first team debut in October 1990 at Carrow Road in a League Cup match against Watford. The Norwich City FC Hall of Fame honours Norwich City FC players coaches managers directors and executives who have "made the greatest contribution to the club in AZ, an initialism for Alkmaar Zaanstreek, is a football club from Alkmaar, the Netherlands.
