Sheridan has also composed for TV and film, notably CHiPs; F. A. M. E. and the Orion Pictures Gang Related. In 2004 some of Sheridan's memorabilia was added to the permanent collection of the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

Danny Sheridan continues to compose for and produce a number of important musicians and radio shows today, including "Help Your Self" on SmartTalk KRLA; and Nina Blackwood's syndicated "Absolutely80s"; "New Wave Nation" and her Big80s shows on Sirius Satellite Radio.
