Early life
She grew up in San Francisco and attended The Hamlin School during the fourth grade, only for that year. Otherwise, Dakota attended the St. James School for her elementary education. She attended Santa Catalina high school in Monterey, only for her freshman year in high school. She then attended the New Roads School, where she will graduate in 2008. She is 5'9".
Career
In 1999 she featured in the movie Crazy in Alabama alongside her real-life mother Melanie Griffifth.
She was voted Miss Golden Globe, 2006, and actually served as the first second-generation Miss Golden Globe in the Globes' history. Miss Golden Globe (also Mr Golden Globe) is an annual title awarded by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. [1][2]
