"Cynamolgi" was a term used by ancient European explorers to refer to a mythical civilization of people with dog-heads, who conversed only by barking. The European peoples are the various Nations and Ethnic groups of Europe. They were described by Strabo, an ancient Greek philosopher. Strabo ( Greek: Στράβων 63/64 BC – ca AD 24 was a Greek historian, geographer and philosopher. Later, Marco Polo spoke of a similar race located in the Bay of Bengal. Marco Polo ( September 15 1254 – January 9 1324 at earliest but no later than June 1325 was a Venetian trader and explorer The Bay of Bengal is a bay that forms the northeastern part of the Indian Ocean.
